ZENBEXUS is a once-daily pill that’s taken as part of your myeloma care plan along with dexamethasone (a pill) and daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj (an injection given by your doctor).
ZENBEXUS is taken 3 weeks on, 1 week off each 28-day cycle as prescribed. Your doctor may tell you to take ZENBEXUS once every other day if you take certain medicines, or if you have kidney problems and experience side effects.
- ZENBEXUS may be taken with or without food
- Take ZENBEXUS at about the same time each day
- Swallow ZENBEXUS capsules whole with water 1 time a day. Do not open, break, or chew your capsules
- Do not remove the capsule until just prior to dosing. Do not open the ZENBEXUS capsules or handle them any more than needed. If you touch a broken ZENBEXUS capsule or the medicine in the capsule, wash the area of your body right away with soap and water
- If you miss a dose of ZENBEXUS and it has been less than 12 hours since your regular time, take it as soon as you remember. If it has been more than 12 hours, just skip your missed dose. Do not take 2 doses at the same time
- If you take too much ZENBEXUS, call your healthcare provider right away
